Effective Immediately the Town of Elsmere Parks have been re-opened please read the following due to COVID-19.
Each park is open to the public, however they are play at your own risk. We encourage everyone to use COVID-19 precautions, such as hand washing, minimize touching your face and mouth and keeping the 6 foot recommended distance between each other as we are unable to sanitize the parks.
