We, the men and women of the Elsmere Bureau of Police are committed to creating a partnership with the community, which will provide the basis for the department to enhance the quality of life throughout the Town by protecting life and property, preventing crime, enforcing laws, reducing fear, and preserving the peace through the professional and effective deliverance of police services.
